How to build our will power?

 This question is ask by me everytime that how should I build will power at any movement?

Then I told some simple tricks or tips for that are:-

• My first question is that "Why you are nervous soo? "  
• Take long breathe in then out which give you much confidence to you
• Thinking about good movements of your life
• Meet people as much as possible because people give us idea about how to speak fluently
• Do outdoor activity 
• Read books about how to increase confidence.
